About
Vyral was not designed as a product. It was the system we built to run one company's Instagram, and it only became something other people could buy after it had already worked for a year.
Wabisabi Trips runs local-guided walking tours across Japan, and had the problem every small business with something to say has.
They knew their subject better than anyone — the neighbourhoods, the food, the places tourists walk past. What they did not have was a person whose whole job was turning that into posts, every day, in a consistent voice, sized for four different platforms.
So we built one. Not a template pack and not a caption generator: a system that decides what a post should say before it decides what it should look like. It writes the angle, designs the layout, films the Reel, and hands back something finished rather than something to finish.
It worked. Wabisabi Trips publishes two to three pieces a day with under thirty minutes of production time — which is the case study on this site, and it is the only one, because it is the only one that is true so far. When other businesses started asking who ran their account, the honest answer was "nobody", and Vyral became a product.
Two people, in Tokyo. You will be dealing with us directly, because there is no one else to deal with.

We also build Logistical, a logistics-optimisation company in Tokyo. Vyral came out of the same workshop, and it is run by the same two people — which is worth saying plainly, because it tells you the size of the company you are buying from.
The things a bigger company's About page would leave out.
